doesn’t seem so bad, compared to the price on these gorgeous velvet Zebra beauties from Scalamandré available at Stubbs and Wootton, for $400 {women}, $450 {men}. Click on thinking zebra {and then scroll down a bit} to learn why we will all be more focused on this eternally stylish animal and her stripes in the near future.
Beautiful as that raspberry leather lining is, I think I’ll keep my paws in my cozy shearling beds for now.
Speaking of paws, here are are some puppy shots to consider over the weekend. My Ezemé {on the left} wears the mask, she is with her brother Arés {previously known as Eze}.
This breed dates back to the Renaissance age. Braques were often seen in the country homes of the French nobility and in their paintings.
Arabella and our previous Braque, Picot {“Spot” in French}, came from Elk Run Kennels in Star, Idaho. One of the few American kennels breeding these sweet, smart, beautiful companions.Merci, Monsieur Comte!

OMG they are sooooo cute!! Those eyes, how precious. Enjoy them, and yes looove the shoes! Love the idea of the fuzzy inside:) Safe travels!
Your dogs are such handsome fellows!! A belated welcome home!
I love the doggies, and these two are gorgeous. Weigh? Shed? I haven't gotten another dog yet. Just haven't been able to bring myself to yet.
I love anything Uggs. I love mine but will have to try the slippers.
Happy Sunday, Emily.

love the zebra ones

well aren't they just beautiful–so expressive and darling! You're a lucky girl!
Teresa, the braques are around 50 pounds, a medium sized dog. Unfortunately, they do shed! Little white hairs…. If we breed Ezeme, I am sure I will be writing all about it!
Hope your feet find the uggs! Xo, ebh
Surely my dog must have a bit of Braque in him…as he has a similar snout and although his color is more of a blonde distant cousin – he brings me joy and gets me up off my feet. Both beautiful pairs, the dogs and the shoes.

Emily – so happy to meet a new breed, of dog and slipper!
Pups look a bit like German Shorthair – are Braque gun dogs?
Welcome Home 🙂
Oh my goodness, your dogs are utterly exquisite!!! I adore all their photos…but the first one of them more mature sitting together on your French caned settee especially appealed me as it would be an incredible painting…oh, and I do oil portraits…but just had to say how stunning your two pups are! WOW! Best, Jeanne
Thank you Jeanne!
