Cabane des Vignettes

I am hoping to come back with some great ideas on hearty alpine fare, beyond raclette and fondue. I have heard of a couple of dishes that are very popular on the haute route, the rosti and the tartiflette. Both contain some combination of potatoes, cheese, meat, and the rosti is made with eggs as well.
I am not sure what to expect in regards to serveware. I am sure it won’t be like the lovely dishes at Gorsuch.

Thinking of you all…and loving the updates from the Hauties..unfortunately I won't be there to celebrate in Switzerland (logistics became a little more complicated). We will celebrate in Seattle or San Francisco.
