Oh, do we really have to say goodbye to summer now?
I’m not quite ready, are you?
If you’re in my camp, and want to keep the joys of summer going, just a little longer, here’s a scrapbook from one of my favorite days on the Salish, a day spent anchored off of Shark’s Spit in Desolation Sound with friends and family.
Hoping you’re enjoying your summer days.

I love that phrase, Tina, "the exclusive pleasures of summer", mind if I use it? That's my daughter on the beach, my favorite model.

Salt and pepper will perk things up. Also you can use different vinegars… red wine, champagne or white wine vinegar with tarragon are all great choices.
