Gorgeous thornless roses, cultivated in Germany |
a marvelous matchbox |
three cheers for the red, white and blue |
felted wool chickens |
beautiful roses |
The most fragrant sweet peas |
The Orcas String Studio played the most wonderful diddy’s on the back of this large truck in the parade. The songs were so sweet, I got a little misty. |
I think these boys had the best time in the Orcas 4th of July parade, yelling threatening comments to the crowd as they bombed down the parade route. |
Dramatic Delphiniums at Rose’s |
My flower score from the market |
We loved this rose at roses, usually I shy away from the darker red colors, because they tend to taste too sweet and heavy but this Cote-du-Rhone was delightfully refreshing. |
Cheers! |
