I immediately fell in love with every color of our new collection of suede shawls that arrived from Bali. Tomorrow these shawls and many more of my favorite finds from faraway places will make their debut at the Seattle Tennis Club Holiday Bazaar from 9:30am ~ 3:00 pm.
So, Seattle readers, I hope you will come by, December 2nd, to wrap your self in the beautiful soft dove gray shawl above or the rich tobacco shade below. I think you’ll fall in love the the lush softness as well.
This clay is a great color that will go with any shade, light or dark and I simply couldn’t resist the deep navy blue below.
It proved to be not just supple and soft to wear on my recent trip to Venice, it is also a great travel layer. I had forgotten my coat and it was quite chilly on those canals, but this shawl, over my cashmere cardigan kept me warm and cozy with very little bulk {and I loved how it would swing in the breeze}.
In addition to the neutrals I’ll have a great collection of brights waiting for you in the gallery at the STC, everyone is welcome.
Also from Italy you’ll find some luscious cashmere blend shawls and ponchos. I’ve been living in these layers lately. They have become a travel essential for me as well, I keep one of each rolled up in my carry~on for long flights, they provide a nice little barrier and plenty of warmth.
Polished horn jewelry made at an orphanage in Vietnam will be on display as well, mix and match these bangles, chains and cuffs with pieces you already have for some fun and creative arm candy.
I adore these earrings, in natural, enameled or gilded because they offer plenty of swing, without the weight.
Horn link necklaces can be mixed with coral, pearls and turquoise pieces or worn on their own.
I’ll also have a mix of clutches from my craftsmen in Bali, great casual accents with an exotic touch.
I can’t imagine the holidays without my favorite fragrance, Lustrous Fire from Antica Farmacista. I am happy to say I’ll have a few bottles of this lovely elixir, so do come by for a whiff.
In addition to all of these goodies, there will be lots of other vendors there with all sorts of wonderful gifts for you and yours. So, I hope to see you at the STC tomorrow 922 McGilvra Boulevard East, bring a friend,
everyone is welcome.
