The Sunday Marché in L’Isle sur la Sorgue was just out the front door of
La Maison sur la Sorgue. It was a little early for us to wake up to the French voices setting things up prior to dawn outside our window, but it was also interesting to get a taste of the work that goes into making these markets happen.
As you may have guessed, I’ve been to quite a few French and Italian markets lately, so I’m getting quite selective about the images I share the market I recommend to you. I must say, the foods and displays at this market were really exceptional. Want to stroll the aisles with me?

Happy November!
Oh my gosh, the mushrooms, cheese, vanilla, and herbs, and the lavender of course look divine! I could bury myself in the lavender.
Thanks for sharing, Emily.
Happy Thursday.
