Preserving the tastes of summer

As summer comes to an end we feel compelled to savor the flavors of the season. We’ve visited the University Heights farmer’s market and island orchards to collect some seasonal bounty to savor now and later. Recipes for gazpacho, pickles and a plum-tarragon tartine spread are on the way!
