Emily, Do you recommend a Rose' to offer with a barbeque rib dinner? (Aug 31)
I just finished the Coppola "Sofia" Rose' and liked it very much… but, hesitate to serve it as I rarely see anyone order/serve Rose'.
We will also have our signature margarita, beer, and non-alcohol options.
Thanks! 🙂
Looks beautiful and delicious, Emily. There is nothing better than a chilly glass of rosé on a warm summer day. Sit back, relax and enjoy!

Dear Emily, a beautiful and easy presentations for guest!

Great idea!!! I'll have to give this a try. I've been enjoying my rose over ice with an orange slice, but I like how the raspberries won't dilute my drink!!
Bottoms up!

Sounds wonderful, Emily! As always, beautiful ideas. I put raspberries in champagne too. Wonderful!
Happy Wednesday.

Yes, Linda, I would absolutely serve rosé with ribs. I'll bet your guest will find it refreshing. i haven't tried the Coppola rosé, is it a darker red or more pale in color? I usually go for more pale colored rosés, if find them to be less sweet.
